针对一种带蒙皮板的木结构组合板进行了试验研究,得出其承载力,并与未蒙皮的组合板对比试验。运用有限元程序对结构进行数值模拟,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:蒙皮板对结构刚度和承载力均有较大的增强作用,分别提高了167%和64%。有限元分析结果与试验结果较为吻合,说明建立的有限元模型可以较准确地反映组合板的受力性能。相较单一材料木板,带蒙皮组合板在同时满足刚度和强度要求的情况下,可以节约20%的材料。因此,蒙皮可应用于构件设计,其效应在承载力计算中亦应得到重视。
The experiments for the composite timber structure with the skin plate and one without the skin plate were carried out, and their bearing capacities were obtained. The finite element model was used to simulate the timber structure and then the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the composite timber structure with the skin plate greatly enhanced the structural stiffness and bearing capacity by 167% and 64%, respectively. The finite element analysis is consistent with the experimental results, which indi-cates that the finite element model can accurately simulate the mechanical behavior of the timber structures. Com-pared with a single material plate, the composite timber structure with the skin plate can save 20% of the material under the same stiffness and strength requirements. Therefore, the skin can be considered in the design and its effects should also be emphasized in the calculation of the bearing capacity.
