Based on technology of mobile Internet and big data, real-time Internet chauffeured car that provide auto service via mobile app have features of gig economy. Regulations on Internet chauffeured car is necessary to build consensus, prevent risk, and promote innovation, which should begin from local regulations and construct a more inclusive legislation mode which can accommodate free ride via mobile Internet.
