根据发动机燃爆振动信号的频率与发动机转速变化相关,提出了一种通过测量发动机气缸盖振动信号来间接在线估计发动机燃烧始点的方法。利用Vold—Kalman阶比跟踪算法提取了表征发动机燃爆振动信号的阶比分量,以压升率折点作为燃烧始点的参考值,对比研究了阶比分量和的时域波形与压升率变化曲线,实现了发动机各缸燃烧始点的在线估计。正常工况下,发动机各缸燃烧始点的估计正确,间隔不均匀误差小于3℃A,表明该方法可用于发动机各缸燃烧始点的估计。
Based on correlation of engine blasting vibration sigr/al frequency to engine speed change, a method for online estimating engine combustion starting point through indirectly measuring cylinder head vibration signals was presented, i.e. extracting the order components representing engine blasting vibration signals using Vold-Kalman order tracking method, taking turning point of the pressure rise rate as reference combustion starting point and analyzing comparatively time-domain waveform of the order component sum and the pressure rise rate curve to determine online each cylinder combustion starting point of the engine. In normal operation condition, each cylinder combustion starting point may be estimated correctly, the interval non-uniform error is less than 3℃A, thus proving this method to be workable.
