为研究低温胁迫前后小麦抗冻基因转录水平的表达差异,以不同生态类型的8个小麦品种为试验材料,克隆其超氧化物歧化酶基因sod并进行表达分析。结果表明,低温胁迫条件下,春性品种sod基因转录水平表达量显著提高,而其他生态类型的sod基因转录水平表达量无明显变化。
In order to compare the expression difference of wheat antifreeze gene on transcription level,the sod gene of 8 varieties with different ecological types were cloned and analyzed during low temperature stress in this study.The results show that sod gene expression significantly improves in springness varieties during low temperature stress,but it has no obvious change in other ecological types wheat.
