This paper is concerned with global stability of equilibrium solutions for a class of three species cooperating model, with Neuman boundary condition. The conclusion that the reaction - diffusion system has one and only positive constant stable solution is based on the method of upper and lower solutions, monotone derivative methods, and the techniques include algebraic equations, the maximum principle.
