应用YAG倍频激光器选择不同能量密度激光微束对中华大蟾蜍4细胞期胚胎进行照射,观察胚胎的生长、发育状况。随时将畸胚挑出单独培养.观察、记录其各时期变化,并跟踪拍照。实验结暴表明:激光照射后,畸胚主要出现于鳃盖褶期之前,主要有以下几类:1)原肠外突,2)腹部畸变,3)头部畸变,4)尾部畸变;畸胚类型与照射激光强度没有相关性;畸胚皆于变态前死亡。
Appling YAG double-frequency laser microbeam of different energy irradiated four cell stage embryos of Bufo bufo gargarizans. The early stage embryos' development was observed carefully and abnormal embryos were cultured separately. The experimental results showed that: after being irradiated by laser, the abnormal embryos mainly came forth before plica opercularis stage. There were kinds of malformations such as exogastrulas, embryos whose venter plumped, embryos having abnormal heads and embryos with tail aberrance. There was no correlation between abnormal type and intensity of laser and all the abnormal embryos died before metamorphosis.
