文化自信是当代中国重大的社会和文化课题,当前文化自信研究需要强化主体研究。文化自信的价值本质和话语中介说明文化自信与外语课程的内在关联与可能性。由此,本文反思当前大学英语课程目标、课程内容及课程主体等方面存在的不足,在此基础上,笔者展开了文化自信视域下的大学英语课程实践:即以传播中国文化为课程目标、鼓励中国英语为课程内容、开展中国话语为课程实施,实现认同中国价值的课程目标。相关实践发挥了语言和课程在文化自信培育中的生成力量,促进了大学生的本土文化自觉和文化自信。
Cultural self-confidence is a major social and cultural issue for contemporary China and the current research shall focus on its subjective part. The value nature and the discourse intermediary of cultural self-confidence indicate the internal relations and the possibilities between cultural self-confidence and foreign language curriculum. Thus, this paper reflects on the problems existing in the current College English teaching in terms of its curricular objective, content and subject and discusses the application of cultural self-confidence in the teaching of College English which consists of the output of Chinese culture as its curricular aim, the encouragement of Chinese English as its curricular content, the development of Chinese discourse as its curricular mechanism and the identification of Chinese values as its curricular assessment. Thus, the generative powers of language and curriculum are brought into full play and the awareness and the self-confidence of Chinese culture on the part of college students promoted.
