将拓扑优化技术应用于大型飞机蒙皮拉形模的轻量化问题,可以解决传统拉形模设计中刚度与重量之间的矛盾。应用ABAQUS软件进行蒙皮拉形的非线性数值模拟,可以获取拉形模工作面的载荷数据。根据载荷数据选取的典型工况及给定的材料属性、约束条件等进行拓扑优化,将得到的拓扑优化结果进行模型重构,再对重构后的模型进行蒙皮拉形仿真,以验证模具的各项设计指标是否符合要求。以某型拉形模为例进行拓扑优化,并与传统设计的模具相比较,结果证明在同体分比的情况下,拓扑优化设计显著减小了模具的最大变形值和应力值。
The purpose of this paper is to use the technique of topology optimization to solve the light-weight design problem of large aircraft skin stretch-forming die.The platform of ABAQUS is firstly used for numerical simulation of skin stretch-forming.And the data of load conditions are obtained.Then the topology optimization is carried out accordingly with the material properties and the boundary conditions properly defined.Referring to the obtained topology design,the optimal structure is reconstructed and then evaluated by the numerical simulation of stretch-forming.Thus a typical stretch-forming die is designed in this paper.Compared with the traditional design,the topology design can improve the stiffness and strength of the forming die significantly.
