以重庆为例,从定性的权重分配和定量的评价指标两个方面探索工业遗产的价值评价方法,以此为基础确定工业遗产的4种保护利用梯度,并提出结合城市发展需求的多样化和复合化的保护利用模式,以实现工业遗产具有生命力的再生。
英文摘要：
Taking Chongqing as an example, the author explores the evaluation method for industrial heritage both by qualitative weighted distribution and by quantitative evaluation index for realization of the vital rebirth of industrial heritage. Based on requirements of urban development and author’s study, this paper tries to ascertain 4 conservation gradients and diversified conservation patterns for industrial heritage.
