利用有机磷化合物二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯(DMMEP)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VETS)对真丝织物进行阻燃整理,研究了整理次序、反应pH值、反应温度、反应时间等工艺参数对真丝织物阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:以过硫酸钾为引发剂,可成功将DMMEP与VETS复配同浴或分浴整理到真丝织物上,使得真丝织物具有阻燃性能。两组分同浴时,单体比例1:1,添加量50%。浴比1:30,pH4..5,反应温度80℃,反应时间40min,整理真丝织物的极限氧指数达28.7%。两组分分浴时,质量比1:1,先用DMMEP整理、再用VETS整理,整理真丝织物的极限氧指数可达29.7%,
This research uses organic phosphorus compounds dimethyl-2-methylacryloyl oxygroup-ethyl phosphate (DMMEP) and vinyltriethoxysilane (VETS) for flame retardant finishing of silk fabrics and studies the influence of technological parameters such as finishing order, reaction pH value, reaction temperature and reaction time on flame resistance of silk fabrics. The result shows that, with potassium peroxodisulfate as the initiator, DMMEP and VETS compounds can be finished onto silk fabrics in one bath or separated baths, making silk fabrics flame retardant. When both constituents are in one bath with monomer ratio 1 : 1, additive amount 50% , bath ratio 1 : 30, pH 4.5, reaction temperature 80 ~C and reaction time 40 min, the limit oxygen index of finished silk fabrics reaches 28.7% . When both constituents are in separated baths with mass ratio 1 : 1 and silk fabrics are finished first with DMMEP and then VETS, the limit oxygen index of finished silk fabrics can reach 29.7% .
