对阿罗一般可能性定理和科斯定理的逻辑进行了比较，研究结论认为这两个定理具有相容性。从研究方法的角度分析，二者均运用比较研究方法分析经济问题，但是在研究过程中二者的逻辑具有一些差别，而正是博弈论研究方法为它们研究结论的相容提供了必要的基础。
英文摘要：
Compared the logic of Arrow General Possibility Theorem with the one of Coase Theorem, it draws a conclusion that the two theorems are consistent. Of methods, they were used to analyze the economic problems in comparison, but there are some differences on their logic during the research process, and the Game Theory has become a necessary method to the consistence of the two theorems.
