英文摘要：
The initial corrosion stage of reinforcing steel in concrete, which is from the starting commencement of a frame to the depassivation of reinforcing steel, accounts for the most part of the frame secvice life, with the result that the study on its behaviour is of great significance. The study of initial corrosion behaviour of reinforcing steel in concrete must focus on the judgement on the critical point of steel depassivation. This paper carries out inductive arrangement and preliminary study with the existing critical conditions.
