基于线粒体COⅠ基因538bp片段重建了斑腿蝗科中4亚科(卵翅蝗亚科、稻蝗亚科、禿蝗亚科和黑蝗亚科)10属37种和锥头蝗科1属1种(外群)的系统发育关系。结果显示:(1)4亚科的亲缘关系为(((卵翅蝗亚科、稻蝗亚科)秃蝗亚科)黑蝗亚科);(2)卵翅蝗亚科为一个单系群;(3)卵翅蝗属、龙川蝗属的单系性未被支持,但二者均属于卵翅蝗亚科;(4)清水卵翅蝗种团的单系性得到支持,表明清水蝗属并入卵翅蝗属的合理性。
With the species Atractomorpha sinensis as an outgroup,the phylogenetic relationships of37species belonging to10genera from4subfamilies(Caryandinae,Oxyinae,Podisminae and Melanoplinae)of Catantopidae were reconstructed based on COⅠgene538bp sequence data.The results suggested that:1)the phylogenetic relationships among4subfamilies can be expressed as(((Caryandinae,Oxyinae)Podisminae)Melanoplinae);2)Caryandinae was supported as a monophyletic group;3)the monophyly ofCanyanda and Longchuanacris can not be supported,but the two belong to the Caryandinae;4)the monophyly of C.viridis speciesgroup was supported which indicated the rationality of merging the Qinshuiacris into the Caryanda genus.
