标题化合物{[Co(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4](pda)2(H2O)2}n由醋酸钴、3-羧甲基-1,3-(2-甲基苯并咪唑基)-1-乙酸(Hpda)和4,4′-联吡啶通过水热反应而得。X射线单晶衍射分析显示该化合物的不对称单元含有半个Co^2+离子、半个4,4′-联吡啶分子、1个抗衡阴离子pda^-、2个配位水分子和1个结晶水分子。标题配合物中Co^2+被4,4′-联吡啶分子桥联形成一维链{[Co(4,4′-bipy)]}n,同时4个配位水分子和来自不同4,4′-联吡啶分子中的2个氮原子与Co^2+配位形成六配位的八面体结构。在固态结构里,抗衡阴离子pda^-、配位水和结晶水分子通过O—H…O氢键作用构筑形成二维波浪形状的氢键结构,同时相邻二维氢键层被4,4′-联吡啶分子进一步以柱状连接形成拥有一维通道的三维超分子结构。
The title compound,{[Co(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4](pda)2(H2O)2}n,was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of cobalt acetate with 3-carboxymethyl-1,3-(2-methylbenzimidazolium)-1-acetate(Hpda) and 4,4′-bipyridine(4,4′-bipy).X-ray single crystal diffraction shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains half a Co^2+ ion,half a 4,4′-bipy molecule,one counter anion pda^-,two coordinated water molecules and one lattice water molecule.Co^2+ ions are bridged by 4,4′-bipy molecules resulting in a one-dimensional coordination chain,{[Co(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4]2+}n,in which Co^2+ center is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from different 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from coordinated water molecules.In the solid state,two-dimensional undulating layers are constructed through hydrogen bonds between pda^-anions,coordinated water and crystallization water molecules,while neighboring hydrogen-bonding layers are further pillared by 4,4′-bipy into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure which contains one-dimensional channels.
