针对我国金矿资源特征、储量、产量、市场与消费结构以及资源开采与生态安全等方面的形势进行了系统分析,指出我国金矿资源开发利用中存在着：资源总储量有限,年产量过大且后备资源短缺,消费结构不合理,重视经济效益轻视生态安全等问题。并针对性提出：加强地质勘探,提升选冶技术;控制年产量,计划性开采;提倡理性消费;塑造绿色节约型发展模式等对策和建议。
英文摘要：
The situation of gold resources in China was analyzed on the characteristics,reserves,production,marketing as well as the consumption structure,resource exploitation and ecological security.The problems in the development of gold resources in China were illustrated as follows,limited reserves,annual excessive,reserve resource shortages,irrational consumption structure,as well as emphasis on the economic benefits and neglect on the ecological security.Accordingly, some suggestions were proposed,including strengthening the geological exploration, upgrading the smelting technology,controlling the annual production and planning exploitation,promoting the rational consumption,and shaping the development of green-saving mode.
