介绍了环路热管、振荡热管和平板热管三种新型热管的工作原理、特点和研究现状,以及它们在大功率电力电子器件、大功率LED和电脑CPU散热中的应用。环路热管可以传输的热量相对较大,距离相对较远;振荡热管无需吸液芯,结构简单,制作成本低;平板热管在结构上呈扁平状,满足电子产品小型化在空间上或在均热方面的要求。这三种新型热管都有许多研究,但在应用方面不少处于实验室研究阶段,有待进一步的改进和完善。
Operating principles,characteristics and research status of three new types of heat pipe are discussed in this paper,as well as applications of these heat pipes used for heat dissipation of power devices,LED and CPU. Loop Heat Pipe(LHP) can transport relatively large amount of heat for long distance. Pulsating Heat Pipe(PHP) does not have wicks. It has simple configuration and low cost. Flat Heat Pipe(FHP)has a flat configuration,which can meet the miniaturization of electronic products,or uniformly spread the heat. Currently there are lots of study on these three types of heat pipe. As for application,however,many of study are done only in laboratory,and further improvements are needed.
