通过构建健康人力资本投资和区域经济耦合系统的评价指标体系，利用灰色关联分析法对山东省相关统计数据进行分析，得到健康人力资本投资与区域经济f．-j的关联度与耦合度，明确山东省健康人力资本投资与区域经济的复杂关系：一是健康人力资本投资与区域经济的关联度很高，两者相互促进与协调，其中医疗支出对区域经济发展具有更大的促进作用，但食品支出起着基础性的作用；二是健康人力资本投资与区域经济间的耦合度比区域经济与健康人力资本投资间的耦合度更高，说明健康人力资本投资的增加会在更大程度上促进经济的发展，加大对健康人力资本医疗卫生方面的投资对山东省经济发展具有重要作用。

英文摘要：

This paper builds evaluation index systems for health human capital investment and regional economy, and uses the Grey Associated Analysis Method to analyze Shandong province＇s statistic data. The associated degree and coupled degree for health human capital investment and regional economy are obtained, and the complicated relationship between the two is clarified in Shandong prov- ince： First, the associated degree between health human capital investment system and regional economic system is high, and they pro- mote each other. Among which the health expenditure has bigger effect on regional economic development, but food expenditure plays a fundamental role; Second, the coupled degree between the two is more obvious than that between vice versa. It means that more invest- ment in health human capital can promote the development of regional economy in deeper degree. The increase of medical investment plays an important role in the economic development in Shandong province.
