传统建模方法在实际大规模复杂工业系统应用中受到限制,人工智能在一定程度上克服了这个问题。但任一种智能建模方法都难以完满足综合化、复杂化的工业过程控制要求。提出复杂系统智能协同建模的概念,研全究它们在一定约束条件下的协同建模及优化机制,建立智能协同系统模型,并将其应用于热连轧实际生产过程中,为复杂系统建模提供了一条新的途径。
Traditional modeling technologies are restricted in applications of actual large - scale complex industrial systems. To some extent, artificial intelligence overcomes the problem. But a certain kind of intelligent modeling methods are difficult to completely meet with the requirements of composite, complicated industrial process control. The concept of cooperative modeling for complex system is proposed, and the cooperative modeling and optimization mechanisms under certain constraints is investigated. The intelligent cooperative system models are established and will be applied to hot strip mills production process. This methods provide a new way for complex systems.
