研究了呋喃丹、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯3种农药与重金属Cu、Zn、Cd以毒性单位比为1∶1,1∶3和3∶1构成的二元混合体系对发光菌(Photobacterium phosphoreum)的联合毒性,并采用相加指数法对联合毒性效应进行了评价.结果表明:Cu与3种有机农药作用后主要表现为拮抗作用,呋喃丹毒性减弱最多,氯氰菊酯次之,溴氰菊酯则有增强的趋势;Zn与各有机农药作用后主要表现为拮抗作用,不同浓度配比对3种农药的影响不同;Cd与各有机农药作用后主要表现为相加作用,但不同混合体系相加作用程度有差异,Cd与氯氰菊酯表现为偏于拮抗的相加作用,Cd与溴氰菊酯表现为明显的相加作用,Cd与呋喃丹表现为偏于协同的相加作用.
Joint toxicities of binary mixtures of 3 pesticides and heavy metals Cu,Zn,Cd on Photobacterium phosphoreum at different proportions-toxic unit ratios of 1∶1,1∶3,3∶1 were studied using microtox method.Additional index was adopted to evaluate the joint toxic effects.It was found that binary mixtures of Cu and 3 pesticides mainly showed antagonistic effects,the toxicity of carbofuran was weakened most,then cypermethrin,however toxicity of deltamethrin was slightly enhanced when combined with Cu.Binary mixtures of Zn and 3 pesticides mainly showed antagonistic effects and different effects were found at different Zn proportions.Binary mixtures of Cd and 3 pesticides mainly showed addition effects,the mixtures of Cd and cypermethrin showed addition effects close to antagonistic,the mixtures of Cd and deltamethrin showed clearly addition effects,however the effects of Cd and carbofuran was close to weak synergism.
