针对矿山充填接顶困难、充填体承载强度不足等难题,建立了充填接顶率与顶板岩层中最大Mises应力强度的回归模型,探讨了两者之间的定量关系。通过对新桥矿实测数据模拟,发现它们之间存在着显著的线性相关关系。研究表明,当充填接顶率达到50%以上时,充填体强度即可满足要求,从而大大降低了充填成本,对指导矿山接顶充填具有重要意义。
In accordance with some problems in mines, such as difficulty in roofcontacted filling, unsatisfactory load - bearing capacity of filling body and so on, a regression analysis method is established to determine the quantitative relationship between the rate of roof - contacted filling and the maximum Mises stress intensity in roof rock masses. Through the regression analysis of some measured data from Xinqiao mine, obvious linear relationship between the rate of roof - contacted filling and the maximum Mises stress intensity was found. It was found that when the rate of roof - contacted filling is past 50%, the strength of filling body can meet the need. As a result, the cost of backfilling is greatly decreased, and it is of great significance to guide roof - contacted filling in some mines.
