采用XRD、ESEM-EDX和TG-DSC测试分析方法,对泥饼固化提高固井二界面胶结强度的机理进行了研究。结果表明,泥饼固化法制备的固井二界面凝饼中生成了水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶和沸石类凝胶。它们是由泥饼改性剂中的活性物质、黏土矿物被溶蚀析出的活性物质、水泥水化产生的水化离子和凝饼形成剂共同作用形成的。这些胶凝物质填充在黏土矿物和钻井岩屑之间,并将之粘接在一起,相互胶结形成了连续相,实现了固井二界面的整体固化胶结。图7表1参12
Based on modern test and analysis technology( XRD, ESEM-EDX and TG-DSC), the improving mechanism of bond strength at cement-formation interface by mud cake solidification was studied. The results showed that C-S-H gel and zeolites gel generated in the mud cake connected clay minerals and driRing cuttings and filled the gap. The C-S-H gel and zeolites gel were generated by interaction of active substances from mud cake modifier and clay minerals, ions produced by cement hydration and coagulated cake forming agent. The gels cemented to be a continuous phase and then achieved integrate solidification and cementation of cement formation interface.
