风机特性曲线是鉴定风机本身性能的基础资料,也是矿井通风系统改造和优化的主要依据.为满足矿井通风工程中对风机性能实测参数处理的需要,根据周源山煤矿矿井主通风机性能实测数据,应用最小二乘法拟合了风机实际特性曲线.结果表明:相对人工绘图及其他方法,采用Matlab工具更加简单、有效、可靠,且二次拟合能达到很好的精度,最小二乘法拟合风机特性曲线可以在通风工程中得到运用推广.
Fan characteristic curves provide the basic information for the identification of their performance,but also provide the main basis for the transformation and optimization of the mine ventilation system.To meet the needs of mine ventilation engineering of the fan's performance data processing,according to the main fan's performance data of Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine,this paper uses the least squares fitting the actual fan characteristic curves.The results show that it is simpler,more effective and reliable compared with artificial drawing and the other methods,and the quadratic fitting achieves good accuracy.Fan characteristic curve method of least squares fitting can be widely used in ventilation engineering.
