针对当前舞台控制系统控制对象种类不断增加以及控制精度和可靠性要求不断提高的情况,提出了采用Powerlink作为通讯总线并使用交换机实现网络连接,现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)加ARM作为控制器与监听器的舞台控制系统;采用Powerlink工业以太网总线作为舞台控制系统的通讯总线,可以连接240个舞台控制器并且实现10ms的通讯周期和100μs的同步精度;采用冗余网络连接方式、NiosII加ARM的双CPU控制模式以及上位机双机热备份等措施来确保舞台控制系统的可靠性;从而满足了舞台控制系统对控制性能的要求。
In view of the current stage control system's situation that control object category increases continuously and the control accu racy and reliability requirements continue to improve, we use Powerlink as the communication bus and the use of switches to achieve a net work connection, FPGA and ARM as the controller and monitor control system of the stage. Using Powerlink Industrial Ethernet bus as the stage control system communication bus, can be connected to 240 stage controller and can realize 10ms communication cycle and 100μs syn chronous precision.
