在线SPE-HPLC-MS分析水中PAEs残留

建立一种采用大体积进样-在线固相萃取-液相色谱串联质谱法测定自然水体中六种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的新方法。样品经离心,过膜后直接注入在线固相萃取净化装置,经净化后进入分离柱分离,采用电喷雾离子源正离子多反应监测模式,对六种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物进行检测。方法总共的分析时间为10 min,方法的回收率为79.3%-94.1%,标准偏差2.24%-8.18%,检出限为0.40-5.02μg·kg^-1之间。与常规方法相比,该方法提高了分析通量和灵敏度,准确度好,操作简便,适用于液体食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。

英文摘要:

A convenient and sensitive online solid phase extraction- liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry method( SPE- HPLC- MS) for the determination of phthalate esters( PAEs) in natural water was developed,using direct injection of samples and coupled to online enrichment. Samples centrifugated and filtrate with disposable filtrates,and then injected to the analytic column,ESI- MS / MS multi reaction monitor were used to determination the 6 PAEs. Total analyte recovery measured in natural irrigate water at two concentration levels was found between 79. 3% - 94. 1%. Standard error were 2. 24% - 8. 18% and LOD were 0. 40 - 5. 02 μg·kg^-1. Compared with the conventional method,this method improved the flux analysis,and had the advantage of sensitivity,accuracy and simple operation,which was suitable for the detection of phthalate esters in liquid food.
