环境危机与金融危机的双重背景下,许多国家将经济复苏寄希望于绿色产业的发展。UKIPO率先推出＂绿色通道＂以促进绿色技术创新及其商业化。作为全球最早实施的绿色专利加速审查程序,＂绿色通道＂有其自身的特点及制度功能。对UKIPO的绿色通道专利申请数据库的分析表明：其绿色专利申请的来源国主要是英国和美国,而我国本土创新者对＂绿色通道＂的使用几乎为零。建议我国创新者充分利用＂绿色通道＂,同时我国也应积极建立绿色专利加速审查程序以促进绿色产业的发展。

Under the environmental crisis and the financial crisis, many countries hope to encourage economic recovery through the devel- opment of green industry. The UKIPO introduced Green Channel to expedite searching and examination of green patent and enhance the competitiveness of its green industry. As the first program to expedite examination of green patent applications in the world, Green Chan- nel has its own characteristics and value. Analysis on database of Green Channel applications shows that green patent applications mainly come from Britain and the United States. China should make full use of the Green Channel and actively build our own program to expedite patent examination for green patent applications.
