为了探讨高速列车内部空间环境设计与乘客心理、行为需求现状,本文以745名乘客调查问卷为依据,采取描述统计与多元回归方法进行分析,结果表明：个人乘坐空间影响乘客对领域性、私密性、安全感的综合评价,二等车座椅宽度低于人际交往最密切距离,二等车乘客舒适度较一等车乘客评价低。
英文摘要：
In order to discuss the current status of the high-speed train interior space design and the passenger psychology and action demand,this paper carried out the analysis with the methods of descriptive statistics and multiple regressions based on the questionnaire to 745 passengers.The result indicated that the size of individual ride space is extremely important for the psychology and action of passengers and shall influence the passenger＇s comprehensive evaluation in terms of the domains,private and sense of safety.Because the seat width of the second-class car is smaller than the most intimate distance needed for interpersonal communication,so the comfort evaluation made by the passenger of second-class car turned out to be worse than that of the passenger of first-class car.
