为快速准确计算轧制力,方便在线控制,研究了基于.NET component组件的MATLAB与C#混合编程方法。在综合分析铝合金变形抗力模型、轧制过程温度模型的基础上,采用西姆斯单位轧制压力公式,运用多元非线性回归方法,建立了铝板带热连轧轧制力计算模型。结合实例,将MATLAB强大的计算能力与C#良好的界面开发能力结合起来开发了轧制力计算软件系统,验证了上述混合编程方法的简便性与实用性和所建轧制力模型的正确性。
To calculate the rolling force quickly and to make the online control conveniently, a matrix laboratory (MATLAB) and C# integrated programming method based on. NET component is studied. Based on the comprehensive analysis of Aluminum deformation resistance model and temperature model during rolling, with using Sims unit rolling force formula and the method of multiple nonlinear regression, Aluminum hot continuous rolling force model is construeted. Taken the instance of rolling force calculation and combined MATLAB's powerful calculation ability with C# 's excellent interface development capability, a rolling force calculation software system is developed. A constructed rolling force model is proved and the simplicity and validity of the integrated programming method is demonstrated.
