分别采用固相烧结法和球磨法合成了SnCo合金,测试了其相组成和电化学性能,并考察了在两种合成过程中加入碳对相组成和电化学性能的影响。XRD分析表明,对于SnCo合金,烧结产物由CoSn相组成,球磨产物由CoSn2相和Co组成。添加碳以后,烧结产物仍由CoSn相组成,而球磨不能形成合金相。电性能测试表明,对于SnCo合金,颗粒和晶粒较小的球磨产物具有更高的容量和循环性能。碳的添加可以提高烧结产物的容量和循环性能。
The phase compositions and electrochemical properties of SnCo alloy synthesized by solid-state sintering and ball milling were tested and the influence of addition of carbon on the phase compositions and electrochemical properties of those alloy were investigated. XRD data illustrates that for SnCo alloy, the solid state sintering product consists of CoSn phase and the ball milling product is composed of CoSne phase and Co. After adding carbon, the solid-state sintering product is also composed of CoSn phase, but ball milling cannot form alloy phase. Electrochemical analysis shows that for the SnCo alloy, the solid-state sintering product with smaller particles and grains has higher capacity and cycle performance. Adding carbon is beneficial for improving the capacity and cycle performance of solid state sintering product.
