目的:将季铵盐抗菌单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基一正十六烷基一二甲基氯化铵(DMAE--CB)添加到含氟窝沟封闭剂HeliosealF中,考察这种季铵盐阳离子单体的添加对氟离子的释放是否会造成影响。方法:将DMAE-CB添加到商品含氟封闭剂HeliosealF中作为实验组;未添加抗菌单体的HeliosealF则作为阴性对照,利用氟离子选择性电极研究2组封闭剂在去离子水中的氟释放情况。结果:2组封闭剂在不同时间点测得的氟释放量之间均没有显著性的统计学差异,且2组材料氟释放的方式是类似的,初期的大量释放和较长时间的低水平持续释放。结论:窝沟封闭剂HeliosealF中少量的添加DMAE—CB并没有影响体外环境中氟离子在去离子水中的释放情况,通过添加季铵盐抗菌单体DMAE--CB以改善含氟封闭剂相对长期有效的抗菌性能具备一定的可行性。
Objective: To incorporate an antibacterial monomer, methacryloxylethyl cetyl dimethyi ammonium chloride (DMAE-CB), into a pit and fissure sealant which contained a fluoride-releasing resin, and to evaluate its fluoride release properties of this DMAE-CB-incorporated sealant. Methods: DMAE-CB was incorporated into a clinically used sealant, Helioseal F. Helioseal F without DMAE-CB served as a negative control. Fluoride release from Helioseal F and Helioseal F(I~ DMAE-CB) was evaluated at time intervals of 4, 8, 12, and 24 hours and 2, 3, 7, 14, 28, 56, and 112 days with a fluoride combination electrode. Results: Fluoride was released from the e- valuated sealants with a similar pattern. Both materials released measurable amounts of fluoride throughout the test period, with considerable amounts of fluoride released in the first 24 h and especially during the first 4 h. Cunelu- sion: The incorporation of DMAE-CB had no adverse influence on the fluoride release from Helioseal F which con- tained a fluoride-releasing resin. The long-term and effective antibacterial activity by mean of the incorporation of antibacterial monomer is feasible.
