Inspecting and controlling system of HVAC＆R testing platform based internet was put forward. The infrastructure and function designation of the inspecting and controlling system were provided. The realization of the system＇s key technologies was discussed; the key technologies included the selection of system platform, the realization of ActiveX controls, the realization of field supervisory and controlling server, the realization of Socket communication module and the designation of the system＇s security.
