从理论上探讨了极片单元数量、正极涂布量、单片正极的单面面积对电池比能量、能量密度的影响。电池比能量、能量密度随极片单元数量、正极涂布量、单片正极的单面面积等因素单调递增。采用正交设计研究了上述三因素对电池比能量、能量密度影响的显著性。正极涂布量对电池比能量影响最显著,单片正极的单面面积对电池能量密度影响最显著。
Influences of electrode unit amount,cathode coating weight,one side area of each cathode on cell specific energy and energy density were studied by mathematics method. It was shown that cell specific energy and energy density increased with improvements of electrode unit amount,cathode coating weight,and one side area of each cathode. Influencing significances of the above-mentioned factors on cell specific energy and energy density were studied by orthogonal design,the results indicated that cathode coating weight influenced cell specific energy the most obviously,and that one side area of each cathode influenced cell energy density the most obviously.
