These companies hope to realize sustainable development by using this mode. This article shows the experience in the implementation of the whole industry chain strategy in Sheng Mu High-tech Animal Husbandry Limited Company, and reveals that other daily companies in Inner Mongolia may face problems when they carry out the strategy of whole industry chain. In the end of this article, we point out the key link in the process of implemen- ting the whole industry chain.
