随着我国国际储备的快速增加,国内外学界对国际储备规模管理问题展开了一系列的相关研究。但是,关于国际储备规模的适度性问题一直鲜有涉及且存在较大争议。本文主要是从理论层面对国际储备规模的适度性问题进行探讨,尝试对国际储备适度规模与最优规模进行区分,并提供一个现实中适用性较强的国际储备规模适度性标准,最后给出主要结论和建议。

It is the fact that the rapid accumulation of international reserves since 2000 does have enhanced China＇s international status and strengthened the abilities of averting financial crises.This paper mainly discusses two issues which are the differences between adequate reserves and optimal reserves and reasonable criteria to define adequate reserves.
