明确桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)远距离飞行过程中的体重和糖原的消耗情况。通过吊飞试验及改进的蒽酮法,测定了桔小实蝇成虫干重和糖原积累的时间动态及不同时间飞行后虫体重和糖原含量的变化。结果表明随着日龄的增加桔小实蝇成虫干重和糖原含量先增加后降低,体重和糖原含量的变化与飞行能力及生殖等生理状况存在明显的相关性;飞行后,其体重和糖原含量显著下降,体重消耗率与吊测时间、实际飞翔时间及距离呈正相关,糖原在飞行中一直处于动用状态;分析表明,糖原是桔小实蝇远距离飞行的能源物质之一。结果为阐明桔小实蝇迁飞的能量利用与物质代谢提供了科学依据。
To clarify changing situations of body weight and glycogen consumption during the process of long distance flight of Bactrocera dorsalis( Hendel). Fluctuations of body weight,glycogen reserves and utilization of B. dorsalis in different flight time were measured through tethered flight techniques and improved glucose oxidasedetection. The dry body weight and glycogen reserves of B. dorsalis adults were increased at the beginning stage and then decreased with extending of emergence period. Fluctuations of the weight and glycogen content were obviously related with flight ability and reproductive physiological status of the fruit fly. The weight and glycogen content decreased obviously in its flight implementing phase. The weight consumption of the fruit fly was positively correlated to its flight time or distance,and the glycogen was sustainably utilized in its flight process. It showed that the glycogen should be one of the energy substances for long distant flight of B. dorsalis. The results provided scientific basis to illuminate situations of energy utilizations and substance metabolism in long distant flight of B. dorsalis.
