现有的基于几何约束关系的CAD系统不能很好地解决面向方案设计的机构运动模型表示这一问题,为此提出了一种新的基于功能语义的运动进化建模方法,以功能单元的定义实现机械产品功能运动约束的抽象表达,研究了在机械产品运动进化建模过程中功能语义的表达、功能运动约束的进化模式以及机构运动综合技术.建立了功能运动约束与机构组合约束间的进化关系,实现了由语义层向几何约束层传递运动意图.将功能语义与运动功能综合求解的变换式进化过程相结合,实现了对设计者功能意图的映射转化.结合企业具体应用将上述理论应用于实际产品开发中,取得了良好的效果,
Schematic design based on the representation of mechanism motion product motion modeling technology, which cannot be solved well through relation based CAD systems. The motion constraint of mechanical product model is an important issue the geometrically constrain in terms of the definition in ed of function unit was abstractly expressed, and a new scheme of evolutionary modeling for mechanism motion based on function semantics was proposed. The expression of function semantics, the evolutionary mode of motion constraint and the synthesis technology of mechanism motion were presented, which enabled the designer specified function relations easily via abstract semantics during evolutionary modeling for mechanism motion. The evolutionary relationship between function constraint and mechanism combination constraint was established to transfer motion intent from semantics layer to geometric constraint layer. This model combined function semantics and transform evolution process of motion function to map and translate designer's functional intent. Furthermore, the new method was applied successfully to the modeling of some projects, and results showed the utility, flexibility and robust of the new technology.
