基于声学波动理论设计一种带有悬链型的复合变幅杆,利用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元分析,并对设计的变幅杆进行振动特性试验。试验结果表明:所设计的变幅杆结构较为合理,变幅杆的放大系数、节点长度和振动频率等参数接近理论值。
Based on the acoustic wave theory, a compound catenary horn is designed, and finite element analysis was carried out using ANSYS software. The parameters including amplitude magnification coefficient ,the node length and the vibration frequency are close to the theoretical value. The vibration characteristic experiment of the catenary horn is carried out, and the experimental results showed that the designed structure of the amplitude is more reasonable.
