上皮型钙黏蛋白的转录异常是一多因素参与并与癌的进展密切相关的重要机制,深入探讨其中的分子和通路的相互调节及机制,对深入认识癌侵袭、进展的机制以及开展和优化临床靶向治疗、改善患者预后具有重要的意义。本文就国内外关于恶性上皮性肿瘤即癌中上皮型钙黏蛋白转录调节异常机制的研究成果做一综述。

英文摘要：

Disorders of E-cadherin transcription are critical steps in cancer progeression in which varieies markers and signals are involved in.To further understand the interactions between these factors and signals and the relative mechanism is important and promissing for finding and improving novel clinical therapies against cancers.This review reports the status in the study on mechanism involved in transcriptional abnormality of e-cadherin expression in carcinoma.
