模块划分是模块化设计中最重要的一个环节.在分析了目前存在的模块划分方法的基础上,基于最小二乘支持向量聚类(LSSVC)算法的模块划分方法被提出.首先,概括性说明了进行模块划分时应重点考虑的内容;其次,分析了产品生命周期的各阶段对模块划分的影响;然后,在分析LSSVC算法特点和应用的基础上,探讨了使用LSSVC算法对模块进行聚类分类的过程;最后,使用LSSVC算法对具有模块性较强的减速器进行模块划分,并将其划分结果与常用的模糊聚类法和实际生产中减速器的分类结果进行了比较,从而说明上述模块划分方法的有效性.
Module partition was the most important step in modular design.Analyzing the existing module partition method,module classification based on the least squares support vector clustering(LSSVC) algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the key contentwas generallytaken into account in module partition.Secondly,every stageofthe product lifecycle was considered to have effect on module partition.Thirdly,characteristics ofLSSVC algorithm were analyzed.LSSVC was used to illustrate the generating process of modules clustering.Lastly,LSSVC algorithm was used to do module partition for widely-used speed reducer,and its classification results were compared with common fuzzy clustering method and classification in actual production.Thus it was provided to illustrate the validity and rationality of the proposed approach.
