Based on analysis and research of foreign medical security system structure and typical health care models, combined with the status quo of health services and medical care of our country, learning from foreign health care model,the thesis intends to put forward suggestions on building up a health care system in line with China＇s national conditions. Apart from this, the study is also aimed to provide a reference in bettering our health care system, controlling the excessive growth of health insurance costs and promoting the sustainable social development.
