文中基于单端口群时延设计了一款高温超导四工器。该四工器为四个四阶的滤波器并联,采用半波长开环耦合结构和L型谐振器,最终仿真回波损耗可以达到-24.4dB以下,与理想曲线吻合良好。本设计方法很好的解决了以往多工器占用面积过大、不同信道之间影响严重、仿真时间较长的问题,实现了超导多工器小型化,并缩短了多工器的设计周期。
A high temperature superconducting(HTS) multiplexer was designed in the paper based on single-port group delay.The multiplexer consisted of four parallel connected four-order filters and was realized by a half wavelength open-loop resonator and L-type resonators.As simulating results,the return loss of all channels was less than-24.4dB,which was in good agreement with the theoretical results.Some most common problems in multiplexers such as occupancy area,channel-related influence and simulation time were well solved using this novel method,which provided the possibility for multiplexers to be in smaller sizes and simulated in shorter time.
