研究了不同热处理温度(510、550、590、630和670℃)×30min,对TA2/NiCr爆炸复合棒形变组织、硬度、成分扩散的影响。结果表明,随退火温度的提高,形变组织逐渐发生回复、再结晶和晶粒长大,硬度逐渐下降。在630℃退火时,覆层形变组织转变为细小的等轴组织,硬度较低,溶化层中晶内偏析基本消除,成分稳定,组织均匀,微裂纹得到愈合,且晶粒尺寸增大较为明显,细晶强化效果减弱,塑韧性将下降;低于630℃退火,覆层组织中仍有大量的形变组织,硬度较高。因而确定630℃为该爆炸复合棒的合适的热处理温度。
The paper studied the effect of different heat treatment temperatures(510,550,590,630 and 670℃)×30min on deformation microstructure,hardness,diffusion component of Ti/NiCr explosive cladding bar.The results showed that as the temperature increases,the recovery,recrystallization and grain growth occured,the hardness gradually reduced.Under the annealing of 630℃,the deformation microstructure of cladding transformed into fine equiaxial grains and hardness was low relatively.The micro segregation and crack of the melting zone was eliminated basically,the component was stable,the microstructure was uniform,and the size of grain increased obviously.The effect of grains refining was weakened,the plasticity and toughness were declined.Annealing below 630℃,the cladding was constituted of a large number deformation microstructure and hardness was high relatively.Therefore the annealing temperature of 630℃ was suitable for the explosive compound bar.
