采用重量法研究了ZSM-5分子筛吸附甲苯的性能。结果表明:甲苯在分子筛上的吸附符合Langnuir—Freundlich吸附模式;甲苯分子首先吸附在分子筛的孔道交汇处,同时甲苯分子优先选择具有酸性位的吸附住;甲苯分子和分子筛的硅铝桥羟基、硅羟基存在显著的氢键相互作用;在低吸附量条件下甲苯在分子筛上的吸附。具有较高的吸附热,随吸附量增加时,存在甲苯分子的相互作用。
The toluene adsorption properties of ZSM-5 molecular sieve were studied by Gravimetric method. The results revealed that the adoption of toluene on molecular sieve complied with the Langmuir-Freundlich adsorption model. Toluene molecules were adsorbed on the interchange of the zeolite channels first and preferred to adsorption sites with the acidic sites. There was significant hydrogen bonding interaction between Si-Al bridge hydroxyl, silanol groups of toluene molecules and There was significant hydrogen bonding in teraction between Si-A1 bidge hydtoxyl, silanol gtoups of toluene molecules and those of molecular sieve.
