利用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热失重(TGA)对有机蒙脱土(0MMT)的结构进行了表征。采用溶液插层法制备了RTV/OMMT复合材料,研究了复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度及热稳定性,并用XRD对复合材料的结构进行了表征。结果表明,经有机化改性后的OMMT的层间距明显增大。随OMMT用量的增加,复合材料的力学性能得到提高。当OMMT质量分数为3%时,其拉伸性能最优。XRD分析表明,材料中形成了RTV/OMMT剥离型纳米复合材料。
FTIR, XRD and TGA were used in the structure and properties study of OMMT. Solution intercalation method was used in preparation of RTV/OMMT composites. The tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness and thermal stability were investigated and the structure was verified by XRD analysis. It was demonstrated that the interlameUar spacing of OMMT was obviously increased compared with MMT. The tensile property and thermal stability were improved with increasing OMMT amount. The best tensile property of the composite was obtained when 3 % OMMT was incorporated. KRD analysis showed that an exfoliated structure was formed in the RTV/OMMT composites.
