设计了无限长裂纹损伤管道的实验模型和装置,分别对无损伤管道和含有环向裂纹损伤管道的输入功率流进行了测量,并与理论计算值进行了对比。结果表明,对于无损伤管道和损伤管道,输入功率流的实验测量结果和理论值均吻合较好。实验研究验证了理论模型和分析结果的正确性,为用振动功率流方法识别管道结构中的裂纹损伤提供了理论基础。
The experimental research on the cracked pipe's vibration power flow characteristics was implemented. The experiment model and setup of infinite cracked pipe were designed,and the input power flows of perfect pipe and damaged pipe with circumferential crack were measured. The experimental results were compared with theoretical results, which showed that for both perfect pipe and damaged pipe the experimental results showed a good agreement with the theoretical results. The experimental researches verified the accuracy of the theoretical model and results, which provides the basis for the damage detection by using the vibrational power flow method.
