目的:探讨远位触液神经元在坐骨神经松扎致神经病理性疼痛信息调控中的作用。方法:采用CB—HRP/pERK1/2双重标记技术,观察坐骨神经松扎致神经病理性疼痛大鼠远位触液神经元中ERK1/2样免疫反应蛋白(pERK1/2)表达的变化。结果:坐骨神经松扎致神经病理性疼痛刺激后,不仅热痛觉阈值显著下降,而且远位触液神经元内的ERK1/2蛋白活化表达的数量显著增加,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:远位触液神经元可能参与了机体对坐骨神经松扎致神经病理性疼痛的信息传递或调控。
Objective:To investigate the involvement of the distal cerebrospinal fluid contacting neurons (CSF-CNs) in modulation of neuropathie pain induced by chronic eontrietion injury. Methods: The CB- HRP/pERK1/2 double-labeling method was used to observe the expression of pERK1/2 in CB-HRP posi- tive neurons following the chronic contriction injury. Results: After four loose ligatures were placed on left sciatic nerve at 1 mm intervals according to the method described by Bennett,thermal paw withdrawal latencies decreased remarkably,and eompanied by the increased expression of pERK1/2 in the CB-HRP labeled neurons. Conclusion:The distal CSF-CNs may be involved in the processing of neuropathie pain induced by chronic contriction injury.
