英文摘要：

According to the survey data analyses of water resources and water environment in Zhangweinan Canal, Zhangweinan canal faces many problems such as the pollutants over standard emissions, the over-exploitation of groundwater, the frequent disputes, and the disrepair of water projects. There are many limitations in Zhangweinan Canal＇s management which has not been improved because the means were lag behind and the mechanism was not perfect. Unified management in all aspects such as economy, technology and administrate in order to solve all this problems must be applied. Further more, this research also illustrates that the Zhangweinan Canal＇s management must take the key works into practice as soon as possible, these works include： cutting the pollutants＂ emission down, strengthening the sewage and garbage＇s management, reducing agriculture and farming industry＇s pollution, taking the flood resource in use, building the lead water engineering, strengthening the publicity work of environmental protection and building a water reduction mechanism.
