针对所开发的新型径轴向混合填充式回热器进行了轴向导热特性的研究和分析。使用低热导率的非金属材料制作回热器管壁对回热器性能有积极影响。通过回热器轴向填料的轴向导热损失占填料总轴向导热损失90%以上。在通过回热器的三项轴向导热损失中,通过回热器填料轴向导热损失占主导地位,其与通过回热器管壁是两项可比拟的损失项,通过回热器中气体的轴向导热损失是三项损失中可以忽略的小量。
Axial heat conduction properties of novel regenerator with combined radial filling and axial filling were studied and analyzed. The usage of nonmetallic materials with low heat conductivity had a positive impact on the regenerator performance. The axial heat conduction loss through the axial matrix of regenerator was more than 90% of the total axial heat conduction loss of axial matrix. The axial heat conduction loss through regenerator matrix exceeded that through the regenerator wall and thus become the biggest one, while that through the gas in the regenerator become neglected.
