壳聚糖是由自然界广泛存在的几丁质经过脱乙酰作用得到的,被广泛应用在污水处理中。本文以活性污泥为研究对象,考察了不同浓度壳聚糖对活性污泥异养菌衰减系数（KdH）以及自养菌衰减系数（KdA）的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖对微生物的活性有一定的抑制作用,抑制作用的强弱受壳聚糖浓度的影响。与异养菌相比,壳聚糖对自养菌活性的抑制作用更明显。

Chitosan is a natural chitin and widely used in wastewater treatment. Taking activated sludge as the research object, this paper examined impact of the different concentrations of chitosan on heterotrophic bacteria active sludge yield coefficient（YH）, attenuation coefficient（KdH） and autotrophic bacteria yield coefficient（YA）, attenuation coefficient（KdA）. The results showed that chitosan had a certain inhibition effect on YH, KdH, YAand Kd Afour coefficients.
