海上风电安装和并网成本是制约其发展的行业瓶颈之一.现有油气田的海洋平台有经济并网条件和改造成风电支撑结构的技术可能性.本文通过比较采油平台和风电格构式支撑组成的两种结构体系的动力性质,分析了固有频率约束限制对风电支撑结构改造的影响,以及环境荷载引起的荷载效应在两种体系上的不同分配机理.考虑环境荷载动力放大性质,通过风机额定运转与特定海区浪流荷载组合作用下两种支撑结构体系的刚度和强度特点分析,给出了风电支撑结构的受力特点和利用采油平台作为风电支撑结构的注意事项.该结论可作为海上类似风电支撑结构的设计参考.
Installation cost of offshore wind farm and corresponding grid connection are major factors that confine the exploitation of offshore wind energy.Present platforms of oil farms potential in technique could be used as supporting structures of offshore wind turbines(OWTs) and linked with original power systems economically.Comparative studies have been performed on dynamic characteristics of both oil platform and lattice platform supported structural systems.The natural frequency confining effect on the modification of supporting structural systems of OWTs and characteristics of stress distribution under environmental loadings were analyzed here.Stiffness calculation and strength analysis were executed also focusing on the supposed operational condition in site.Some useful conclusions are drawn for the modification design of oil platforms when one seeks use existing oil platforms for supporting structures of OWTs.
