我国关节镜手术的临床应用已经有30多年的历史。关节镜技术在大量应用于膝关节和肩关节诊治后也逐渐成为足踝部位疾病的重要诊治手段。由于踝关节间隙狭窄,多年前医师曾尝试踝关节镜手术而失败,因此在相当长时期中,踝关节镜技术未能发展普及。20世纪80年代随着关节镜设备的改进和射频治疗仪等新设备的出现,关节镜技术在国外突飞猛进,国内一大批医师专注于此,将该技术引入到了中国。
Ankle arthroscopy has progressed significantly. Over the past 2 decades,arthroscopy instrument has been improved greatly,and the newer techniques have also been developed. Advances in foot and ankle arthroscopy have allowed surgeons to diagnose and treat a broadening array of disorders that were previously limited to open procedures. Arthroscopy of the ankle and subtalar joint can be used to manage impingement,osteochondral defects,arthrofibrosis,synovitis,arthritis and lateral ankle ligament injury,with potential benefits of decreased pain,fast recovery,and low incidence of complication. The most common complication is neurologic injury. The overall complication rate is 9%. Most complications associated with foot and ankle arthroscopy are transient and tend to resolve within 6 months.
